  1. What is Zions Bank Tablet Banking?

    The application provides anytime access to your eligible Zions Bank account(s) from your iPad. You can:

    • View account balances
    • Search recent account activity
    • Transfer funds between eligible accounts
    • Pay bills to existing payees
    • Search for Zions Bank ATM and Financial Center locations

  2. How do I sign up?

    Download and launch the application. Or, visit zionsbank.com/getmobile. When prompted, enter your Online Banking login ID or business Online Banking company ID-login ID and password. The first time you sign in, you will be required to accept the Mobile Banking Service Agreement. If you have any questions, please contact Zions Online Banking at 800-840-4999 Monday to Saturday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. MT.

  3. What is needed to use the application?

    You will need a Zions Bank account that is enrolled in Online Banking or Business Online Banking and an iPad that can access the Internet or download applications.

    To use Zions Bank Business Tablet Banking*, you must be entitled as a company system administrator (CSA) within Business Online Banking.
    * Must be enrolled in Online Banking to use Mobile Banking. Message or data rates from your wireless provider may apply.

  4. Is there a charge?

    No. There is currently no charge; however, ordinary bank fees under other agreements still apply (i.e., funds transfer that results in an overdraft charge). Also, your wireless phone carrier may impose data or messaging charges. Check with your wireless phone carrier for more information.

  5. Must I enroll each iPad that I wish to use?

    Yes. Enrollment is a one-time process for each device.

  6. How many users can enroll on my iPad?

    Each device can have one user enrolled.

  7. What if I suspect that my iPad may have been used to make an unauthorized transfer?

    Immediately call Zions Online Banking at 800-840-4999 Monday to Saturday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. MT to report the unauthorized transfer as soon as you discover or suspect it. The agreements and rules that govern suspected or actual unauthorized transfers through Online Banking or Business Online Banking (such as deadlines to report unauthorized transactions) also apply to transfers made through Zions Bank Mobile Tablet Banking via use of a mobile phone or device. Please see your Online Banking Agreement or Business Online Banking Agreement, your Deposit Account Agreement and your account statements for further information. See also any agreements governing the specific affected account (i.e., credit card agreements). Where applicable, those documents include information regarding special rights of consumers, such as those in cases of unauthorized transfers from consumer deposit accounts under Regulation E and/or consumer credit accounts under Regulation Z.

  8. What if my iPad is lost or stolen?

    Immediately, log in to Zions Bank Online Banking or Zions Bank Business Online Banking, choose "Mobile Banking" from the Services tab and remove your mobile phone or device from the Mobile Banking* Management page. For additional assistance, contact Zions Online Banking at 800-840-4999 Monday to Saturday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. MT. If you later find your device, you can re-enroll that same mobile number.
    * Must be enrolled in online banking to use mobile banking. Message or data rates from your wireless provider may apply.

  9. Where do I access and download the application for iPad?

    The app can be downloaded for free1 from the iTunes app store using your device.

  10. Is the application supported on every tablet?

    The application is only available for iPad and iPad mini at this time.

  1. What do I do if I get a new iPad?

    Log in to Zions Bank Online Banking or Zions Bank Business Online Banking and choose "Mobile Banking" from the Services tab. From here, you can update your mobile phone or device profile from the Mobile Banking* Management page. We recommend you remove your old device and re-enroll your new device.
    * Must be enrolled in online banking to use mobile banking. Message or data rates from your wireless provider may apply.

  2. What happens if I change mobile phone numbers?

    Log in to Zions Bank Online Banking or Zions Bank Business Online Banking and choose "Mobile Banking" from the Services tab. From here, you can update your mobile phone from the Mobile Banking* Management page. We recommend you remove your old mobile phone and re-enroll your new mobile phone.
    * Must be enrolled in online banking to use mobile banking. Message or data rates from your wireless provider may apply.

  3. What happens if I change mobile phone carriers?

    Be sure to return to Zions Bank Online Banking or Zions Bank Business Online Banking and update your mobile phone or device profile in the Mobile Banking Management page. We recommend you remove your old mobile phone or device and re-enroll your new mobile phone or device.

  4. What happens if my mobile application is deleted from my iPad?

    Simply download and install the application again.

  5. Can I access the mobile application from a web browser and downloadable application on the same iPad?

    Yes.

  6. I enrolled on my iPad's browser. Why am I being asked to enroll again?

    During enrollment, a “cookie” is stored on the web browser of your device. This cookie allows the system to remember that you enrolled. Since the cookie is visible only by the system, and does not contain personal information, some devices may require you to enable cookies or periodically erase them, requiring re-enrollment. If you experience this situation, check your device settings to ensure that cookies are enabled. If cookies are enabled and the situation persists, please contact your mobile network carrier for cookie support information.

  7. How do I delete the application from my iPad?
    1. Press and hold any application icon until all icons begin to wiggle.
    2. Tap the little "x" in the upper-left corner of the application you want to delete. A dialog box appears, informing you that deleting this app will also delete all its data.
    3. Tap the "Delete" button.
