Lock In Some or All of Your Home Equity Line of Credit Loan at a Fixed Interest Rate Important Details

The LockSelect Structured Repayment Option1 lets you lock in a portion—or all—of your Home Equity Line of Credit at a fixed interest rate. You select the term and lock in the rate. You get peace of mind knowing that your interest rate and monthly payment won't go up.

Lower Rates on Your Home Equity Line of Credit Loan

Because your Zions Bank home equity line of credit is secured by your home, the interest rate is usually lower than with other types of loans. That can help you save money—especially if you use the loan to consolidate debts with higher interest rates. Zions Bank also provides Home Refinance and Home Equity Loans. In many cases, the interest is tax-deductible (consult your tax advisor about tax deductibility).
