Missing Your Pin to Enroll in Online Banking

To immediately enroll in Online Banking online, you’ll need to provide your Personal Identification Number (PIN) to verify your identity. Your PIN is attached to your ATM or Zions Bank® Visa® debit card and is mailed to account holders shortly after an account is open.

If you’d like to enroll in Online Banking, but don’t have, can’t find or don’t remember your PIN, simply click “Continue” below and enter the information requested. Please note that you’ll need to allow 2 to 3 business days for your enrollment in Online Banking to be processed.
Please be prepared to provide the dollar amount and date of your last deposit.

Get a New PIN

If you’d prefer to get a new PIN for enrollment or future needs, simply visit your nearest branch location where you can select a new PIN for immediate use. To have a new PIN sent to you in 5 to 10 business days call Customer Service at 800-974-8800 from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. MT Monday through Saturday.
