Speaking on Business : 680 Bistro
680 Bistro in Richfield is a casual Italian restaurant where you can get brick oven pizza, gelato, pasta or salads, topped off with an espresso.

After going to Italy with their daughter’s school, Derek and Camie Puzey fell in love with the country and its culture and wanted to bring a taste of Italy to Richfield, where they live. At the time, Derek was working in the oilfields in North Dakota while Camie was at home with their daughter, so they wanted something fun they could do together that would mean Derek didn’t have to be out of town all the time. They got to work creating a brand-new restaurant concept, and earlier this year 680 Bistro launched.
680 Bistro in Richfield is a casual Italian restaurant where you can get brick oven pizza, gelato, pasta or salads, topped off with an espresso. They’re so committed to creating an authentic experience, they found a Sicilian craftsman who built a brick oven for them, and the pizza is a hit, especially the bestselling chicken alfredo pizza. You can also try their Italian twist on hamburgers. Dessert is a do not miss with gelato, crème brulee and imported Greek baclava.
Camie says 680 Bistro is already gaining a loyal following with local and out of town guests who love an Italian experience close to home. There’s a side room available as a meeting space for community groups.
