Speaking on Business: Fabian VanCott

After returning from serving in World War I, Harold Fabian and Beverly Clendenin, both attorneys and strong advocates of community service, created their law firm, officially launching on April 1, 1919. Their legacy continues with Fabian VanCott, now celebrating 100 years of community service.

To give you an idea of Fabian VanCott’s legacy, Harold Fabian was a dedicated public servant for his entire career. We can be grateful he secured the most beautiful national and state parks like Grand Teton National Park, Dead Horse Point State Park, Sugarhouse Park and Wasatch Mountain State Park. He was also the first Director of State Parks and Recreation in Utah.

Fabian VanCott, headquartered in Salt Lake City, is a high-end, multi-disciplinary firm with 80 attorneys that handles large, complex legal issues, like development projects, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing and class actions.
