Speaking on Business: American West Heritage Center
Come to the American West Heritage Center in Logan from April 3-6 for Baby Animal Days.
This is Chris Redgrave for Zions Bank Speaking on Business.
I don’t know what you’re doing April 3, 4, 5 and 6, but the American West Heritage Center is having their annual Baby Animal Days, and it’s a do-no-miss! Baby Animal Days at this living history center is delightful and informative for all ages. Mic Bowen, part of the executive team for the American West Heritage Center, is proud of their USDA accreditation, affiliation with Utah State University and strong connection to the ag industry as they are stewards of this remarkable family farm.
At Baby Animals Days you can celebrate new life on the farm with all types of animal babies, like ducklings, chicks, piglets, pygmy goats, foals and calves. Mic enjoys keeping things interesting so every year he brings in some surprise baby animals for the event, and you don’t want to miss the ones he’s bringing in this year. American West Heritage Center has a great relationship with Yellowstone Bear World so the baby bears will be there plus other activities like living history, falconry and vendors.
Core to the mission of this living history center is the understanding of preserving this land and animals while creating a remarkable visitor experience. The American West Heritage Center is built on hundreds of acres donated to USU with the goal of conservation, animal husbandry and providing an educational platform.
