Hotel Monaco is part of the Kimpton organization which operates over 60 hotels across the U.S., Canada and Europe with international expansion in Asia and Central America in the works. Under the direction of Executive Chef Nathan Powers the Bambara is known for creative dishes with locally-sourced materials and fresh seafood. It’s open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a weekend brunch.
