Speaking on Business: All Pro Security
All Pro Security provides security guards for hospitals, home owners associations, apartment complexes, construction sites and for courthouses and municipalities throughout the state.
This is Chris Redgrave for Zions Bank Speaking on Business.
At the time he was planning to retire as police chief, following a long career in law enforcement, Bob Conner decided retirement wasn’t in the cards for him. Instead, he turned what had been his side gig, All Pro Security, into a full-time business. Since that time, it’s become the largest constable agency in Utah with 180 employees on board.
All Pro Security provides security guards for hospitals, home owners associations, apartment complexes, construction sites and for courthouses and municipalities throughout the state. As a constable agency, the team has law enforcement authority often needed in their security work. With his experience and connection to law enforcement, Bob works with police departments throughout the state to offer assistance and to find new security recruits.
Security work is increasing and has become much more technologically advanced, requiring a mix of the right tools and boots on the ground to check things out, which is what All Pro Security offers. They have a diverse mix of work and handle many situations, so they’re never bored.
After buying his largest competitor in the state last summer, All Pro Security has grown exponentially. Bob now has people stationed all over the state, including supervisors who monitor operations, and he’s currently working on expanding All Pro Security in Arizona.
