Barney Trucking runs over 38 million miles annually, which means they deliver a load, on average, every two and half minutes. Glen Barney founded the company 72 years ago, and it’s now in the third generation.

Founder and CEO Travis Sessions says the specialty for Biomerics is innovation with the design, development and production of medical devices for diagnostic and interventional procedures. Biomerics is a fully-vertically integrated polymer solutions provider and contract manufacturer.

John and Rula Katzourakis and Rula’s brother, Nick Katsanevas, were the first to bring the pastrami burger to Utah with their business, Crown Burger. Their menu now has over 100 items.

Gibbs Smith Publisher is known for their innovative line of BabyLit books, which are educational primers for kids based on classics like Pride and Prejudice, Romeo and Juliet and the Jungle Book. With CEO Brad Farmer, this company is turning 50 this year.

Dave Williams grew up working in the famous Idaho potato fields, where he learned to value hard work. He put that work ethic to great use when he purchased three Burger King franchises and has steadily grown his company HB Boys. With business partner Gary Moore, it’s now a diversified endeavor.
