Streamline Manufacturing is a contract manufacturer produces personal care products, dietary supplements, pet and equine products, custom foods and more.
This is Chris Redgrave for Zions Bank Speaking on Business.
When starting his business Streamline Manufacturing, John Durling believed so strongly in his new manufacturing operation that he bootstrapped his business. With a focus on providing excellent customer service and taking care of employees, Streamline Manufacturing has grown to 50 employees in a 50,000 square foot space in 3 years of launching.
Streamline Manufacturing is a contract manufacturer produces personal care products, dietary supplements, pet and equine products, custom foods and more. This Lindon company holds its USDA organic certification, which creates a competitive advantage that is important as a medium-sized company. It’s significant because only a small percentage of manufacturers hold the certification, and it requires a third-party audit of your facility with dedicated space for producing organic materials. Streamline does a lot of work for small businesses and startups. One of their clients, a maple syrup company, came to Streamline as a brand-new startup and is still with them, now as a multi-million-dollar operation.
John believes in supporting the community and in treating his employees right. He is giving people a second chance who have had struggles in the past, so they can get a fresh start at Streamline. He takes care in who he hires and trains them carefully, one reason he has people on board who were with him when Streamline Manufacturing launched.
