Speaking on Business: RubySnap
RubySnap is known for their well-known and unbelievable cookies, baked fresh every day.
This is Chris Redgrave for Zions Bank Speaking on Business.
In the 10 years since opening her business, RubySnap, owner Tami Steggell has continued to innovate her well-known and unbelievable cookies. She started with her original and classic Vivianna, a mix of mangoes and dark chocolate in a bergamot dough, to one of the newest Snickerdudette, which is a horchata inspired cookie with a rice milk glaze and bursting with cinnamon. She loves creating new flavors her customers will love!
In addition to fresh-baked, you can find RubySnap cookies sold as frozen dough in grocery stores across the state, including Harmons, Lee’s Market and Kroger. This side of the business has grown to the point they built a new production kitchen in 2016 to prepare the dough more quickly, along with new corporate offices.
Tami has loved being a ma and pa bakery for years; however, the word is out on RubySnap cookies and she now has two stores in Las Vegas. She says this market has never seen anything quite like a RubySnap cookie, and they’re loving it! The increased production and new stores have grown the team, so Tami has 33 employees at RubySnap.
Don’t forget to visit the original RubySnap location at 770 S. 300 West in downtown Salt Lake City and pick out an assortment of your favorite cookies, baked fresh every day.
