This is Chris Redgrave for Zions Bank Speaking on Business.
When he started his cleaning company in 1992, Scott Kindred’s goal was to provide a top-notch industrial and commercial cleaning service that would delight customers with their high quality of work. Today, Immaculate Cleaning Services works with some of Utah’s largest industrial companies and has approximately 30 employees on board.
Immaculate Cleaning Services, formerly Kindred Cleaning, is most known for cleaning, inspecting and shining. With industrial cleaning as their major focus, one of their specialties is cleaning production areas and restrooms that see heavy use but they’re equally prepared to handle medical facilities with marble and chrome surfaces. They can deep clean once a month, including the big machinery, or provide daily cleaning services. And one of their specialties is stripping and waxing the floor; in fact, it’s not unusual for them to handle 50,000 square feet of production area that is stripped and waxed six times a year. Immaculate Cleaning Services is also experts at cleaning windows.
Scott is an involved neat freak owner who gets down in the trenches, working alongside his employees. He also inspects every facility to ensure the quality of work Immaculate Cleaning Services provides is pristine. He’s worked with big names in Utah like Malouf, ATK and Autoliv and values taking care of his customers and employees.
