Shaun Schulz came up with the name of his clinic, Beyond Limits Physical Therapy, because to him it means helping people overcome any obstacle or physical limitation that might be getting in the way of experiencing life to its fullest. His physical therapy practice is focused on helping you live, work and play better, and in the 15 years since he opened, in partnership with his wife, Karman, it’s grown into two clinics, located in Herriman and Eagle Mountain, with 26 employees. Matt Sudweeks was one of the first therapists Shaun hired at Beyond Limits Physical Therapy and he is now a part-owner, having grown with the company.
The specialty at Beyond Limits Physical Therapy is providing musculo-skeletal work to treat injuries from sports, overexertion or accidents, not to mention helping with pre and post surgical rehabilitation. Most recently, they added two women’s health specialists to the clinic.
Shaun is focused on staying current with the latest research and trends with Beyond Limits Physical Therapy, so, he now offers dry needling, a treatment used to help with pain management by placing needles in trigger point locations. He says they’re already seeing great results from patients who’ve had this treatment and are experiencing decreases in pain within a few visits.
