Speaking on Business: Tribal West Lacrosse
Tribal West Lacrosse is a one-stop shop for equipment, apparel and accessories needed for lacrosse players.
This is Chris Redgrave for Zions Bank Speaking on Business.
Tribal West Lacrosse in Sandy, Utah is dedicated to supporting anything lacrosse, and is focused on developing the game, which is one of the fastest-growing sports in North America.
Tribal West Lacrosse is a one-stop shop for equipment, apparel and accessories needed for lacrosse players of all ages. Owner Fish Bartlett carries the top brands in equipment and has an in-store shooting cage where players can test the latest in new heads, handles and pockets. He also has a giant gumball machine filled with lacrosse balls where you can win all types of prizes.
In celebration of his 15-year anniversary last November, Fish did a much-desired facelift for Tribal West Lacrosse and revamped the store, also implementing changes internally to more effectively serve this popular and growing sport. He has seen exponential growth since he first got involved with lacrosse in Utah in 1996, watching it grow from 500 players to over 10,000 players! Part of the growth plan for his store is based on lacrosse becoming a sanctioned high-school sport in the spring of 2020.
By the way, this is a family sport since Fish’s wife, Soni, was the first coach for the Westminster College Women’s lacrosse team, and they’ve both started and coached many programs, from youth to college. Check them out online at www.tribalwest.com.
