Speaking on Business: The Layton Mansion
The Layton Mansion is a wedding and event center that is offering a stress-free way to create your perfect event.
This is Chris Redgrave for Zions Bank Speaking on Business.
As the parents of five daughters, Mark and Michele Hoferitza know about weddings and how important it is to provide a great experience for everyone, especially the bride and her family. So, after purchasing The Layton Mansion, a wedding and event center, in Layton two years ago, they’ve focused on making the process as seamless as possible.
In a fully-restored Victorian Mansion once owned by George W. Layton, the son of the founder of Layton city, Michele says they’re offering a stress-free way to create your perfect event. Their specialty is outdoor events and on their grounds where you’ll find a beautiful arch and waterfall with a bridge that are perfect for your ceremony and great photos. In case of inclement weather, the inside of Layton Mansion is just as beautiful, with the classic Victorian look and space to greet guests, cut the cake and hold a memorable event.
Before buying The Layton Mansion, Michele and Mark tried several ventures together. But, they felt the reception and event center was a great match for their combined skills, and they’ve brought some of their daughters into the business. In addition to weddings, they’ve hosted conferences, recitals and quincinera celebrations.
The Layton Mansion is a full-service venue that offers all-inclusive packages covering an event from start to finish, including catering. Check them out at www.laytonmansion.com.
