Speaking on Business: QED Style
QED Style is a unique line of lifestyle clothing.
This is Chris Redgrave for Zions Bank Speaking on Business.
The symbol QED dates back to Ancient Greek times and translates to something that’s perfect. When creating his business, QED Style, Mike McRae chose this name because he wanted to have fun creating a unique line of lifestyle clothing that customers would enjoy wearing.
After playing golf professionally for 5 years, including time spent working toward a spot on the PGA tour, Mike took a hard look at his closet … and discovered it was segmented into separate lives with recreational clothes he loved wearing and golf clothes. He wanted the recreation side of his closet to mesh with golfing attire and had always loved the Western-style dress shirt, so he designed some variations and launched QED Style in April 2011. Since then, the company has taken off and is now a nationally-recognized leader in golf fashion. In fact, you’ll find QED Style in some of the top pro shops in the nation like Pebble Beach, Riveria Country Club, Desert Mountain and Kapalua Resort.
The brand has developed such a strong following, Mike recently opened his first brick and mortar location of QED Style at 925 S. West Temple in Salt Lake City. And customers, especially those who’ve been fans for years, are excited to shop this popular clothing line in person.
