Speaking on Business: Warren's Craft Burger
Warren’s Craft Burger is designed to be a sit-down experience, with delicious burgers, fries, homemade potato chips and milkshakes.
This is Chris Redgrave for Zions Bank Speaking on Business.
In a million years would you ever think that a PB and J hamburger sounds good? When you talk to Kirk and Leigh Dean of Warren’s Craft Burger on 258 Historic 25th St in Ogden, they’ll tell you that’s one of their top featured craft burgers, which changes weekly.
With a rich restaurant background, starting with Leigh’s dad buying Warren’s Drive In 60 years ago, this family business has taken their popular drive-in hamburger concept, with six locations along the Wasatch Front, and opened their first brick and mortar. Warren’s Craft Burger is designed to be a sit-down experience, with delicious burgers, fries, homemade potato chips and milkshakes. One of their choices is a Street Burger made with Mexican spices and sweet corn with cilantro lime aioli and bacon. It’s been such a hit it’s likely going to be a permanent menu item!
They’ve been friends with Chef Allen Baker for years and do a special tasting to identify the featured burger before rolling it out. All burgers at Warren’s Craft Burger are made with fresh-ground chuck and special sauces and come with large-cut French fries or potato chips.
Warren’s Craft Burger is working on a bunless burger salad for those looking for a lighter choice. They enjoy strong support from locals and tourists.
