The idea for owners and business partners Matt Smith, Dennis Jordan and Kory Holding is to create a place where you can come in, sit down and enjoy great all-you-can-eat pizza, pasta and salad with no waiting. They call their restaurant Pizza Pie Café and now have franchise locations in Utah, Idaho and Arizona.

Dennis says this is designed to be family friendly so they keep the price point low. Plus, there’s kid pricing and kids under 2 eat free. One of the company values is supporting the community and they pair up with schools near each location to offer reward dinners, like the achievement of excellence, which is a free buffet meal for the student. And you better believe they love it!

As for the pizza, try classic pepperoni or Hawaiian or be brave and sample the Firefighter or Spud-o-licious pizza, which are Pizza Pie Café specialties. If you have craving something that isn’t offered, let the staff know and they’ll create a custom pizza for you. Be sure to try the popular fruit cobbler dessert pizzas. At the pasta bar, choose from six pasta sauces and your favorite noodles, and your custom pasta is heated up and ready to go. Diners who want a healthier option can try the delicious salad bar.
