Speaking on Business: Peach City Ice Cream Company
Peach City Ice Cream Company offers hamburgers, hand-cut French fries and homemade ice cream.
This is Chris Redgrave for Zions Bank Speaking on Business.
It doesn’t get more American than hamburgers, French fries and shakes. Kevin Hall and Nathan Hyde found this to be a winning combination in their search for a specialty restaurant to operate together. They traveled all over the country looking for the right opportunity … only to discover Peach City Ice Cream Company in their own hometown of Brigham City. So, they bought it and have been running it together for 9 years and having a blast.
Peach City Ice Cream Company is set up like a 50s style diner with a full-service restaurant, carhop service and a jukebox. People from all over come for the burgers, made with patties delivered fresh daily from a local meat vendor; hand-cut French fries; and what they’re most famous for … homemade ice cream, in 26 flavors. They have fantastic banana splits and sundaes, but most people prefer shakes. You can get a fresh peach shake all year long, made with famous Brigham City peaches they’ve frozen.
This year Peach City Ice Cream Company is celebrating their 80th anniversary. For Thanksgiving, they’re offering a turkey burger and pumpkin ice cream with fries instead of stuffing. Come celebrate and check out this extraordinary hometown favorite.
Be sure to find them on Facebook under The Peach City.
