Speaking on Business: Hale Centre Theatre
The Hale Centre Theatre celebrates the grand opening of their new theater in Sandy.
This is Chris Redgrave for Zions Bank Speaking on Business.
There is nothing more contagious than passion and complete commitment to your trade, which is the experience you get with Sally and Mark Dietlein, co-founders of Hale Centre Theatre, as a non-profit for the community.
This dynamic business duo has created a gift for Utah that is hard to comprehend.
With their 33-year arts reputation, Mark and Sally secured a world-renowned stage designer, Tait Towers from London, who works with top entertainment giants, to design and build the stage for their new Hale Centre Theatre, and stated it’s their professional crown jewel.
The Center Stage is the granddaddy of the arts, with a 120-foot fly system and LED screens surrounding the stage to enhance production quality. Sally said the moving stage is “the greatest toy in the world” and is quieter, faster and stronger with more capabilities. Hale is the first theater with discreetly-designed listening technologies for hearing impaired in every seat with a pure feed.
The relocation of the Hale Centre Theatre to 9900 S. Monroe Street in Sandy with two outstanding stages would make Grandma and Grandpa Hale so proud. It showcases the Dieleins’ commitment to excellence for generations. This week Hale Centre Theatre celebrates the grand opening of their Center Stage Theater, launching Nov. 17 with their production of Aida.
