Speaking on Business: Ingram’s Jewelers
Ingram’s Jewelers is known for offering high-quality and beautiful fine jewelry.
This is Chris Redgrave for Zions Bank Speaking on Business.
In running his family-owned jewelry business, owner Stan Ingram shops all over the world to handpick original inventory, especially unique diamond rings he sells at Ingram’s Jewelers. He’s developed long-term partnerships with designers, suppliers and manufactures around the world.
Ingram’s Jewelers is known for offering high-quality and beautiful fine jewelry, like custom bridal sets, earrings, bracelets and necklaces. While they have two in-house goldsmiths to handle custom orders, most of work is done through their network of ring manufacturers.
Stan says to be successful in this kind of business, when bringing in high-value inventory, you have to know what customers are looking for. When Stan goes to market, he knows trends and what’s current, so he figures out the right jewelry to offer in Ingram’s Jewelers. Not to mention, he has worked to create a family feel in the shop, with the understanding of how they’re serving grandchildren of customers his father helped when he started the business almost 50 years ago. Because this is a family tradition, many parents bring their children in to find an engagement ring.
Ingram’s Jewelers understands the commitment of buying something intended to last a lifetime and offers repair work, free cleanings and refinishing work for the life of the jewelry piece.
