Twins Focus on Creating Healthy, Delicious and Sustainable Recipes

As twins, Callie and Maeme Rasberry started out life together and are continuing as a twosome today as the owners of Rasberrys Catering and Bistro in Ketchum, Idaho.

Rasberrys Catering and Bistro is a full-scale catering operation and restaurant offering lunch Monday through Friday. The Rasberry sisters’ focus is to create healthy, delicious, sustainable recipes using locally sourced fruits, vegetables, pasture beef, pork and eggs whenever possible.

At the bistro you’ll find delicious soups, hearty salads, great sandwiches and Tex Mex combinations. Callie says she and Maeme love Mexican food, so they’ve developed a strong reputation for fresh, clean and light Mexican dishes.

The catering side of the business handles all types and sizes of events, from weddings and rehearsal dinners to holiday and office parties. If you can’t find the exact dish you want, no problem, Callie and Maeme can create it on request. They constantly rotate menus to offer fresh and seasonal items.

At Rasberrys Catering and Bistro, the twins and their staff make their own breads and pastries, kombucha (a fermented tea), ginger beer, a killer carrot cake, tasty cookies and homemade ice cream. You can also find their products at the Ketchum weekly farmers market through Oct. 9.
