Utah is home to some of the world’s most beautiful natural wonders, including the majestic Zion National Park, one of the most visited national parks in the U.S. Providing lodging for some of its estimated 4 million annual visitors are the owners of Zion Park Holdings in Springdale.

Zion Park Holdings, a partnership with principals Kirk Barker, Zeke Dumke and Dan Marriott, is a three-hotel complex in Springdale that offers several hundred rooms. It includes a Holiday Inn Express, Hampton Inn and Suites, and its newest property, a Springhill Suites, which opened in February 2017.

With increasing global recognition of Zion National Park, the goal of Zion Park Holdings is to enhance the visitor experience. Buildings are customized with architecture designed to mimic the red rock canyon walls surrounding the properties.

Lobbies are decorated with artwork from local artist Kate Starling, who is gaining national recognition. Each hotel room displays photos of Zion National Park shot by local photographers. Visitors feel like they’re at Zion, whether in the park or at the hotel.

“A higher standard” is the tagline for Zion Park Holdings. Its owners believe in doing things differently to provide the best experience for their guests.
