  1. How do I replace lost, missing, stolen or non-received bonds (Registered or Bearer)?

If a certificate has been lost, please notify Zions Bank in writing. A stop will be placed on our system and also with the Securities Information Center. If the market value of the lost certificate exceeds $2,500 a Surety Bond will need to be obtained in order to replace the lost certificate at a cost of approximately 2% of the market value. If the market value is less than $2,500 an Indemnity Agreement may be used to replace the certificates. There is a $100 processing fee for lost certificate processing. Extra paperwork may be required for filing by the Surety Company if a bearer bond is lost. Send information to:

    Zions Bank
    Attn: Corporate Trust Department
