Tony Fahr is responsible for generating secondary market commercial real estate loans in Los Angeles, San Bernardino and Ventura counties. Having managed SBA lending departments at community and large regional banks, Tony is experienced in many facets of the lending process and is eager to talk to you. Based in the Atlanta area, Douglas is responsible for the East Coast Region, which comprises the states bordering the Atlantic Ocean from Georgia to Rhode Island. Douglas has many years of commercial banking experience as an analyst, loan officer and business development officer for banks in the Atlanta market. Douglas received his undergraduate degree and MBA for the University of Georgia.

Based in the Chicago area, Colin is responsible for secondary market loan production in the states of IL, WI, MN, IN, MI, OH and KY. This is Colin’s second tour of duty with Zions, after having spearheaded business development efforts for the team in the pioneering days in the Midwest region. He returns to Zions with over 10 years of experience selling wholesale lending services to financial institutions. Colin began his career with a major Canadian bank, where he enjoyed a variety of corporate lending assignments in Toronto, New York and Chicago.

Ben Reed joins Zions Bank as the Regional Director of the Pacific Northwest, which includes the Alaska, Oregon, Washington and Idaho markets. Ben most recently worked for a Certified Development Company providing SBA 504 loans to small business owners throughout the region. Prior to that, he worked as a commercial real estate agent, and has a background in the construction industry. In his spare time, Ben enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons, coaching youth sports, and volunteering with the Boy Scouts of America and his church.
Representing Arizona, New Mexico and Texas
Chris has over a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Zions bank, he was a highly successful commercial mortgage broker with Marcus & Millichap and BMC Capital. During his tenure, he originated hundreds of loans resulting in over half a billion in loan proceeds. Prior to acting as a commercial mortgage broker, Mr. Parker started his career with Berkadia Commercial Mortgage and was an asset analyst and client relations manager. Chris was also a magna cum laude graduate of Arizona State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and he holds the Chartered Realty Investor (CRI) designation.

Brian is responsible for loan production in the Utah and Mountain West Region. In his 10 years with Zions Bank, Brian has funded over 500 loans totaling over $400MM in volume and was the top producing loan officer in 2010 and 2011. During his time with Zions Bank, Brian has been both a senior loan officer for California and a business development officer for the Seattle/Northwest Region.
James “Bucky” Kimsey
Bucky is a 40-year financial services veteran, starting his banking career as executive assistant to the chairman of the board at Georgia Federal Bank a statewide financial institution in Georgia. He later took over the position of Senior Vice President of retail banking which consisted of 80 retail branches throughout the state. From there he went to work for First Union National Bank as President of their Community Banking Group in Georgia. In 1997 he started a community bank in south metro Atlanta and ran it successfully for ten years. In 2013 he moved to central Florida as a business banker with Bank of America and was recruited to work for PNC Bank in Central Florida as a commercial lender.
