Robert Boyd is the executive vice president of Credit Management at Zions Bank. Boyd supervises the C&I and Commercial Real Estate workout groups, the (Other Real Estate Owned) OREO department and the recovery group and is a member of Credit Administration Committee.
Boyd has more than 32 years of experience in the financial industry and has been with Zions Bank since 1982. At Zions, he has held several roles within the bank and the Credit Management group.
Boyd received a bachelor’s in economics with an emphasis on money and banking from the University of Utah. He holds a graduate-level banking degree from the Pacific Coast Banking School. Boyd also has accreditations as a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), from the Institute of Certified Bankers and American Bankers Association.
Boyd enjoys volunteering, skiing, sailing, running, reading, cooking, traveling and scuba diving and spending time with his first grand daughter—now almost 2 years old. Boyd has been married for 33 years and has two grown children—a daughter and her husband living in Utah and a son and his wife living in Boston.
