Fed Wire From Zions Direct to a non-Zions Direct Account
Step 1 Write a Letter of Instruction to Zions Direct. The letter should include the following information:
- Zions Direct account number and name(s) as they appear on the account
- Amount in dollars to be wired
- Name of receiving institution
- ABA routing number of receiving institution
- The account number at receiving institution
- Name(s) as they appear on the account at the receiving institution
- Signature(s) of all of owner(s) on the Zions Direct account
Step 2 Fax instructions to Zions Direct 888-264-6188
Additional information: If instructions are in good form, Zions Direct will wire the requested funds to the institution according to your instructions. Wire instructions will be processed when received. Please allow one day for funds to transfer. There will be a transaction cost per request. Please review Commissions and Fees prior to submitting your request.

Note:
A) Zions Direct will not accept wire requests to deliver funds to an account where the registration (name(s) on account) does not match that of the registration of the Zions Direct account. Zions Direct will accept wire request to third parties where the account name at Zions Direct is the ultimate beneficiary such as a wire request to title company for closing on real estate or to another financial institution for credit to same name customer account. Example: New House Title Company FBO John and Jane Client. The Zions Direct account owner(s) must sign the Letter of Instruction.
B) Custodians of custodial accounts are not allowed to wire funds to accounts in the name of the custodian unless the custodian provides Zions Direct with an explanation of why the funds should be released - i.e. for reimbursement of college tuition, etc. If a child has reached age of majority, Zions Direct will accept instructions with proof of age attached to the Letter of Instruction. Zions Direct will accept a copy of a driver license, passport or birth certificate as proof of age of majority.

Check Request
For checks being issued in the name of the account, your request can be made by phone or by fax. To speak with a Zions Direct Service Representative, please call 1-800-524-8875. If you would like to fax in your request, please send your signed instructions to 888-264-6188. The request should include:
- Zions Direct account number
- Amount in dollars
Note: All checks are sent regular U.S. Mail to the account address Zions Direct has on file.

One Time Cash (Automated Clearing House) Withdrawal Request:
You may request a one-time cash transfer from your Zions Direct account by phone by calling 1-800-524-8875 or by fax. If you would like to fax in your request, please send your signed instructions to 888-264-6188. The request should include:
- Copy of a voided check
- Amount of cash to be transferred
Note:
If registration at receiving bank is not the same as the Zions Direct account, all owners on Zions Direct account must sign the Letter of Instruction and mail to ZDB. Please allow up to five days for the funds to be available. A voided check is not required if funds are going to Zions Bank, Nevada State Bank, National Bank of Arizona, or Vectra Bank of Colorado.

Register and Ship Certificates:
Step 1 Stock certificate request with the same name as on record with Zions Direct, please call 1-800-524-8875. For stock to be registered to a name other than that shown on record with Zions Direct, you must send Zions Direct a Letter of Instruction. The Letter of Instruction should include the following information:
- Zions Direct Account Number
- Name(s) on the Zions Direct Account
- Number of Shares and name of security
- Name and address that should appear on Certificate
- Social Security Number of New Owner(s)
- Signature of all names that appear on the Zions Direct account
Step 2 Mail your request to Zions Direct at:

Please allow four to six weeks to complete.

DTC Delivery Instructions:
Step 1 To transfer a portion of your account from Zions Direct to another broker dealer, please complete a Letter of Instruction that includes the following information:
- Zions Direct Account Number
- Name(s) on Zions Direct Account
- Number of Shares and Security Symbol or Security Name
- Name of receiving financial institution.
- DTC number of receiving financial institution
- Account number at receiving firm and name(s) on the account.
- Signature of all names that appear on the Zions Direct account
Step 2 Mail your request to Zions Direct at:
