How can I contact a Zions Direct Service Representative?

Trading

My trade shows pending, canceled or rejected what does this mean?
If your trade shows pending this means that your order has not yet been approved. Your order may have been placed after the market closed and is waiting for approval before the next trading session or we may be verifying your account. If the order shows canceled or rejected, it may be due to a lack of funds for the trade or a corporate action. Please contact the trading desk during regular business hours for further assistance.

How can I tell the status of an order?
You will be able to see the progression of your order by checking under Order Status.

Operations

Why did I not receive a statement this month? When should I see my statement?
Statements are only generated monthly if the account has activity other than income. If no activity (income excluded) shows in the account, statements are generated quarterly. Statements are generated on the last day of the month and usually take about a week to reach customers.

How long will my transfer take?
Transfers via the ACAT system (i.e. both the delivering firm and the receiving firm are brokerage firms which are ACAT eligible) take 10-15 business days. Transfers via the mutual fund system (i.e. the firm delivering/receiving is a mutual fund company and the assets being moved are mutual funds) take 10-15 business days. All other transfers may take up to 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the delivering firm.

How should my check be made payable? When can I trade/withdraw these funds?
Checks should be made payable to "Zions Direct FBO 'Account Name'". The account number should be referenced on the memo line. Funds may be traded upon deposit into the account. Funds may be withdrawn at least seven business days after deposit into the account.

How long will it take to receive a check sent from Zions Direct?
Checks take approximately one week from the date the funds are delivered, depending on where the checks are mailed.

Who do I contact to process an address change?
You may fax your changes to 888-264-6188, or you may call Zions Direct at 800-524-8875.

What do I get from my Bonds for Less 30-day trial?

How do I start my 30-day trial?
Just register. Every time you return to your trial, you must use the computer you register on.

Why must I always use the computer I register on?
When you register, your computer - and no other - is given access to the 30-day trial.

Why don't I have a login and password?
Convenience. The access given your computer eliminates the need for a login and password.

What will you do with my personal information?
Store it in our files. We never give your personal information to anyone.

I'm using the computer I registered on. Why can't I access my trial?
Two reasons: A) You're using a different browser and must switch to the browser you registered with; or B) You've cleared your cookies and must re-register.

How do I start buying bonds?
Simply open an account.
